RETURN INFORMATION:

To return an item simply send back your return with a copy of the original order and an explanation describing the defect for the return. Returned items must be in original (new) condition, with associated packing materials and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the product is received at our warehouse we will examine the item and determine the nature of the defect. If the item is defective and repairable it will be repaired. If unrepairable a new item will be sent, if we are unable to provide a replacement then a refund will be issued (less original shipping charges).
